WHO IT’S FOR
Meet customers where their courses already live.
Plenty of training programs run on a WordPress LMS, not an enterprise suite. Host the SCORM course on Connect, embed it in a lesson with the plugin, and let the lesson complete itself when the learner finishes.
- Course creators on WordPress LMS
- Agencies building client course sites
- Providers selling into WP-based programs
What you control
What the plugin does today.
WordPress plugin
Available: “Allure Connect SCORM and xAPI” connects a WordPress site to your workspace and embeds hosted SCORM packages in posts and lessons.
/allure Gutenberg block
Available: select a package from the block editor and embed a hosted launch without copying markup.
Lesson completion sync
Available: when the SCORM course reports completed or passed, the linked lesson is marked complete in LearnDash (lessons and topics), LifterLMS, Tutor LMS or LearnPress. On by default for each linked lesson.
Score in LearnDash
Available: LearnDash also records the score (scaled, percent and raw). The other three LMSs record completion only.
Not included
Course and quiz completion are not set by the plugin, and nothing syncs from WordPress back to Connect.
Other LMS connectors
Coming soon: native connectors for Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone, Docebo and TalentLMS. Use SCORM dispatch for those LMSs today.
FOR THE TECHNICAL BUYER
How the lesson sync works.
The plugin launches the course through the Connect API with your workspace key and keeps a local session per WordPress user. As the hosted player reports progress, the plugin relays it to Connect and acts on Connect’s reply, with an hourly check as a fallback. When the status is completed or passed and the lesson link has auto-complete on, it calls the LMS’s own completion function for that lesson, once per session.
- Direction: Connect → WordPress only
