Understanding the limits and typical usage patterns for Enterprise tier subscriptions

What "Up to X" Means

Enterprise tier subscriptions include generous limits designed to accommodate large organizations:

  • •Up to 10,000 packages: This limit applies to the total number of SCORM and xAPI packages stored in your account.
  • •Up to 5 TB storage: This limit applies to the total storage space used by all your packages and associated files.
  • •Up to 100 team members: This limit applies to the number of users who can access your tenant account.

When Custom Pricing May Apply

Usage significantly above typical patterns may require custom pricing to ensure sustainable service delivery:

  • •Package usage exceeding 10,000: If you consistently need more than 10,000 packages, we'll work with you to create a custom plan that fits your needs.
  • •Storage usage exceeding 5 TB: For storage needs beyond 5 TB, we can provide custom storage solutions with appropriate pricing.
  • •Team members exceeding 100: If you need to add more than 100 team members, we can discuss custom pricing for additional users.
  • •Exceptional usage patterns: Usage that is 3x or more above typical patterns may trigger a review and discussion about custom pricing.

Monitoring and Alerts

We proactively monitor your usage and will contact you if you're approaching your limits:

80% Threshold:

We'll send you an email notification when you reach 80% of any limit, giving you time to plan for additional capacity.

90% Threshold:

At 90% usage, we'll send a priority notification and may reach out via phone to discuss your needs and options.

100% Threshold:

At 100% usage, new uploads or additions will be blocked until you upgrade or reduce usage. We'll work with you to find a solution quickly.

Policy Updates

This Fair Use Policy may be updated from time to time. We'll notify Enterprise customers of any material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
